Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays). Processing times are typically 1–2 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders placed after hours or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers based on destination, product type, and available services. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to state regulations, we cannot ship THCA or hemp-derived cannabinoid products to:
Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia.
Customer Responsibility for Legal Compliance
By purchasing from Underground420, you confirm that you are of legal age and that it is legal for you to receive hemp-derived products in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to know and comply with all local, state, and federal laws. We are not responsible for orders seized or refused due to local regulations. Orders to restricted states will be canceled and refunded.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order is transferred to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage that occurs in transit. For delivery issues, contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review your claim.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

An adult signature may be required upon delivery for compliance purposes.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for THCA or hemp-derived products once shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded except under the conditions below.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence of the product and packaging. Approved claims will be resolved with either a replacement shipment or a refund, at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
